Contract Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source eCase Audit Software. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting (OCON) intends to award a Sole Source contract to AINS, LLC (dba OPEXUS), 1101 17th ST NW, Washington, District of Columbia, 20036-4739, to procure twelve (12) software licenses of eCase Audit Software. The proposed procurement will utilize simplified acquisition procedures and will be awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and as specified below. Market Research was conducted comparing multiple audit software. OPEXUS eCase Audit Software meets the needs of USCIS.
