Description: Source Sought/Request for information from DOI-FWS ARKANSAS CIVIL AE MATOC HOLDERS ONLY. The design engineer to cost shall include shall include the preparation of plans (drawings), specifications, a schedule of items, construction cost estimate, and an estimate of construction time. A 65% submittal, 90% and 100% final submission of these documents shall be provided.
