Contract Description
NSN: 1377-01-213-6171 M264 M55 Electric Ignition Element Quantity: 2,618 EACH FAT, LAT, and CDRLS are FOB Destination. Deliverable items are FOB Origin. Delivery Schedule: FAT is due 300 DADC. Lot 1 LAT is due 600 DADC deliverables 675 DADC; Lot 2 LAT is due 630 DADC deliverables due 705 DADC. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided by the Navy. First article testing, production lot testing, contractor data requirements list, FOB origin and destination apply. Except as modified or amplified in the RFP this item contains explosives and a pre-award safety survey will be required. DFARS 252.223-7002, Safety Precautions for Ammunition and Explosives applies.
