REPAIR SANITARY LINE AT BUILDING 787, CONSISTS OF EXCAVATING THE AREA SOUTH OF BUILDING 787 TO REPLACE APPROXIMATELY 85 FT OF BROKEN WASTEWATER PIPE FOR THE SANITARY LINE. REFERENCE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR PROJECT DETAILS. WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHED. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $25K AND $100K. PAYMENT BOND MAY BE REQUIRED IF QUOTE EXCEEDS $35,000.00 AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON MARCH 5, 2026, AT 10:00 AM. ATTENDEES WILL MEET AT BUILDING B645, 6001 EAST MOLLOY RD. SYRACUSE, NY 13211.
