Contract Description

This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a Plumbing Project # 549A-SL-506 Heat Exchanger Replacement. Contractor shall furnish all material and labor to replace heat exchangers at building numbers 1, 2, 24, and 29 for a total of 8 heat exchangers located at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E. Ninth Street, Bonham, Texas 75418. The Contractor shall provide labor, material, consumables, equipment and supervision for following scope of work disconnect existing steam supply, condensate, water in and out, controls, etc. from old units. Demo, remove and dispose of both existing Armstrong heaters. Provide required steam piping, valves and fittings to connect both new units to the existing piping/system.
