CHILLGARD 5000 REPLACEMENT Solicitation Amendment #1- Notice to Offerors The purpose of this amendment is to revise the submission criteria regarding the Letter of Authorization (LOA) for MSA Safety LLC parts/services and to extend the solicitation closing deadline. 1. Change to Letter of Authorization (LOA) Requirement To ensure maximum competition while maintaining OEM quality, the requirement to submit a Letter of Authorization with the initial quotation has been removed.
