The 60th Maintenance Squadron at Travis AFB, CA has a brand name requirement for a Bauer Model 8071 Wheel Build-Up Stand, a Bauer Model 8731 Wheel Assembly Torque System, and associated Wheel Adapters. This equipment is essential for assembling multiple types of aircraft wheels. The current systems are obsolete or inoperative, and this new, integrated system is required to increase production capacity and ensure mission readiness.The purpose of this opportunity is to serve as a Request for Information (RFI) and is not an official solicitation for this requirement.
