The Department of the Air Force intends to issue a solicitation for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for 647 A-E Projects: KNMD 250006 Ni-CAD Battery Shop and KNMD 260001 Joint Mission Planning Facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. This acquisition is for non-personal A-E services to prepare a complete and usable set of 100 percent construction documents, including drawings, specifications, supporting calculations, basis of design narratives, cost estimates, and other required deliverables suitable for bidding and construction.
