Contract Description
The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work and allow for unrestricted competition. Quotes may now be submitted until March 25th, 2026 at 10:00 AM Local Time. See below for updated Statement of Work. STATEMENT OF WORK FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE KITS FOR PHYSIOLOGIC MONITOR MODULES AT THE CLEMENT J. ZABLOCKI VA MEDICAL CENTER IN MILWAUKEE, WI SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all parts necessary for the annual or quad-annual preventative maintenance (PM) of the General Electric E-SC(Ai)O(V)(X) Physiologic Monitor Modules. No PM service is required. Base year contract will be from 5/1/2026-4/30/2027 with an option to extend four (4) additional years.
