University Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219-2356, intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm-fixed-price, purchase order to one large business. The purchase order will be for the VISN 10, Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHS) Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805-5100.
