PERMORMANCE WORK STATEMENT SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, software, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the following: Replacement of the HFA3 860 (SN 860-10650, EE 43007) in Bedford Eye Clinic, a Brand Name or Equal procurement strategy is being sought for this requirement.
