Contract Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Daedalus Innovations Overburden Rock Core Cell. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Daedalus Innovations to purchase the Overburden Rock Core Cell (DBCH-OXFORD MOUNT KIT) to assure satisfactory operation of the existing NETL owned GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer.
