Contract Description
All FAR references shown below are in accordance with the Revolutionary Far Overhaul 1. DESCRIPTION OF ACTION: The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Interior Region 8: Lower Colorado Basin, Hoover Dam intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order under the authority of 6.103-1(b) One responsible source. Agencies may contract without providing for full and open competition when the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Hoover Dam has a requirement for 30 customized revenue meters to bill the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) for electricity.
