Statement of Need: Automated Osmometer CPT SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide a two (2) fully automated Osmometer System, including, delivery, installation, training, reagents, consumables for the Tampa VA Healthcare Network (TVAHCN), Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) located at 13,000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances. FDA and manufacturer's guidelines, with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules, and specifications provided herein. The Contractor selected is responsible for system installation, maintenance coordination and supply procurement for all equipment.
