Contract Description
The project will be at Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center, located at 3701 Loop Road East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35494. Contractor shall supply all materials, supervision, and labor to complete Project 679-19-101 Correct Critical Access and ADA Deficiencies Bldg. 61 per contract drawings and specifications. Work includes the renovation of connecting corridor between Buildings 4 and 61, modification of the slope of the floor to comply with VA guidelines, installation of new HVAC system, lighting, fire protection, finishes, railing system, and demolition of portions of the existing connector/corridor as required to construct the new work.
