The 502d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Randolph, Texas, intends to award a purchase order to Kalahari Resort & Convention Center 3100 Kalahari Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665, for the purchase of a 2-night, 3-day family resiliency retreats accommodating up to twenty (20) adults and twenty-five (25) children. The events are scheduled for May 8-10, 2026 and August 14-16, 2026 in Round Rock, Texas hosting the 688 CW Chaplain Corps. The Family Resiliency Retreats are intended as a form of ministry.
