Contract Description

***Funds are NOT presently available for this effort*** The work performed under this contract will consist of Architect and Engineer (A&E) 35% design services for March ARB to involve a comprehensive evaluation and planning effort for the installation's aircraft hangars fire protection system(s). The initiative includes preparing design-level documents to demolish existing foam expansion systems and providing necessary upgrades to the water-based fire protection systems to comply with current codes, UFC standards, and Air Force policies. The A-E firm will also define the scope for a future construction contractor to complete the design to 100%. This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures...
