Contract Description
The work performed under this contract will consist of Title I Architect and Engineer Services to provide 35% design level documents to demolish the existing variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system manufactured by LG and replace it with 4-pipe chilled/hot water system at March ARB. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Work.This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts.
