Contract Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD FOR THE PUBLIC ACCESS TO COURT ELECTRONIC RECORDS (PACER) SYSTEM. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO), intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to the Pacer Service Center for access to the PACER system. The PACER system provides electronic public access to federal court records with instantaneous access to documents filed at all federal courts.
