Introduction: This notice officially begins dialogue with industry for the re-acquisition of follow-on Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in support of the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The sources sought / request for information is a market research tool used for the purposes of preliminary acquisition planning and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
