Contract Description
The U.S. Embassy Madrid, Spain requires Architect/Engineer (A&E) services for renovation and/or constructions projects (to include, but not limited to, roof, façade, HVAC, foundations, electrical installations, gas lines, water lines, etc.). We will select an A&E firm based on technical qualifications (see attached document “A&E” Qualifications”). Firms wishing to be considered for this effort should submit the attached Standard Form 330, along with clear, detailed and verifiable evidence of their qualifications and compliance with each requirement, to lopezay@state.gov before 17:30 hours (local time) on March 11, 2026.
