Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Tennessee Air National Guard, located in Memphis Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to C2RL Engineering, Inc., 240 W Bessemer St., Alcoa, TN 37701-2519. C2RL Engineering, Inc. will perform Type C services for PV Array Project with Battery Storage to include submittal reviews, monthly meetings, coordination meetings, request for information (RFI’s), pre-final punch list, final punch list, convert red-line drawings to as-builts, etc. located at the Memphis Air National Guard Base, 4593 Swinnea Rd. Memphis TN 38118.
