Contract Description
NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Aerospace Power Systems Laboratory (APSL) project. The upcoming solicitation will be executed using a two-phase design-build (DB) project delivery method, which will require the contractor to provide the Government with a complete facility and warranty based on the Request for Proposal (RFP). Design and construction will guide the establishment of a new lab facility to support testing and development of power systems with associated site work, infrastructure, and systems at GRC. The facility will have an approximate square footage of 34,000.
