USAMRICD requires the acquisition of an air-liquid interface (ALI) exposure system with installation and training post award and one year of warranty. Acquisition of a high-performance ALI exposure system is needed to provide controlled environmental chamber with aerosol exposure capabilities, including gas, vapor, particulate, and mixed aerosols, to human ALI models (ciliated airway, alveolar/endothelial deep lung, commercial pulmonary tissue, precision cut lung slices) of the human respiratory tract.
