Contract Description
This Announcement for Proposal (AFP) solicits proposals from proposers (herein, “Proposer(s)”) for lease of the land parcels at NASA’s Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility (ATF) in Sandusky, Ohio, which are underutilized, non-excess and largely undeveloped parcels of access-controlled land. This AFP includes the land parcels, the facilities included within as described below, and supporting infrastructure required for a successful Proposer/selected tenant (herein, “Tenant”) to perform operations onsite. The available land (“Land”) (Attachment A) consists of five (5) parcels (each a “Parcel” and together the “Parcels”) totaling approximately one thousand seven hundred and thirty-six (1,736) acres.
