Contract Description
This posting constitutes a presolicitation notice of a proposed contract action. The Social Security Administration (SSA or agency) intends to issue a public announcement for architect-engineer (A-E) services on or around 5/1/2026 (but may do so at any date 15 days after posting of this notice). SSA will use the procedures described at FAR part 36 for selecting an A-E firm. The agency intends to award a single indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one-year base and four (4) one-year options. The estimated maximum value of the resulting IDIQ contract is $60 million. The public announcement will be unrestricted and all responsible qualified business concerns will be eligible to submit a response.
