Contract Description
(1) INTRODUCTION: The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace at the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ, has a requirement for Architect and Engineering (A/E) Services. (2) CONTRACT TYPE AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Government contemplates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a period of performance of five (5) years, inclusive of five (5) one-year ordering periods, for a total period of performance of 60 months. (3) NATURE OF COMPETITION: The acquisition strategy for this procurement is an unrestricted competitive source selection for a multidisciplinary A/E services that will be conducted in accordance with AMS T3.8.2-18 ‘Architect-Engineer Services’ and the Brooks Act (40 U.S.C 1101-1104).
