Contract Description
**100% ISBEE SET-ASIDE** Request for quotation to provide annual fire alarm inspection and testing in 14 facilities across the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service area of responsibility. Period of performance will begin May 1, 2026. There will be the option to extend the term of the contract for four additional years: 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030. All proposals must be submitted in writing by April 23, 2026. Facsimile proposals will not be allowed. Emailed proposals are allowed and must be submited to Erin.Doering@ihs.gov. No original copy is required to be submitted. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the contract specialist by 4:00 pm EDT on April 3, 2026.
