Contract Description
The Defense Health Agency intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced Basic Ordering Agreement under Commercial terms and conditions and on a noncompetitive basis under the authority of FAR 12.201-1; Simplified Acquisition procedures. Award is intended for: Blood Centers of America, Inc. (BCA) 1300 Division Road, Suite 102 West Warwick RI 02893 This 3-year BOA to BCA is for procurement of blood products during contingency operations. Once the BCA BOA is in place, delivery Orders will be issued against the BCA BOA when/or if the ASBPD has an urgent need to surge blood supply to meet Combatant Command requirements.
