SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE For U.S. Army Marketing and Advertising Program 1.0 INTRODUCTION In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Knox, on behalf of the Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research.
