Dear Prospective Offeror: Subject: Request for Quotes 19AJ2026Q0006 Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Asphalt Repair Project at the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
