THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Center for Immunizations and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Southern Research Institute, 2000 9th Avenue S; Birmingham, Alabama 35205. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
