1. Description: This is a Sources Sought Notice and is issued solely for market research and planning purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing the construction needs for the repair of power in accordance with the Statement of Objectives. This requirement is for a construction contract to increase the Building 1921 Power capacity. The Government’s objective is to ensure the new power utilities are safe, reliable, and fully functional in support of installation operations. The Contractor shall be responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and managing all activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
