The scope of work is to provide a new NTI model LX-600 boiler; 600,000 BTU input, with ASME SS heat exchanger, floor-mount, factory-provided ASME relief valve, at least 4 to 1 turn down, 95% combustion efficiency, 4 exhaust vent and 4 fresh air intake, with outdoor sensor, CSD-1 controls, integrated electronic controller with touch screen access, and factory-installed condensate trap and included condensate drain kit. The hydronic gas boiler must be at least 600 MBH capacity, with at least 4:1 turndown on natural gas, and dimensions no larger than 24"wide x 47.5"deep(long) x 55" high, with water (2") and gas (1") connections along the left-hand length side and air inlet/exhaust (4") connections along the top or left-hand length side.
