Contract Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the current Bard wall mounted air conditioners/heaters units and replace it with a new 2-3 ton Bard air conditioner /heater or equivalent equipment at the sites listed below. All new equipment must be compatible with the currrently installed Bard dual AC and heat controller or be installed with new dual controller. All work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work. This is set aside 100% for small business, the applicable NAICS code is 238220 and small business size standard is 19M.This will be a firm fixed priced service contract awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
