Contract Description
The U.S. Government intends to procure non-personal Base Life Support (BLS) services for personnel in Port Moresby, Lae, and Wewak, Papua New Guinea. Services include, but are not limited to, providing latrines, tents, waste disposal, and facility management. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government will issue the solicitation on a limited competitive basis directly to holders of existing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). This approach is considered the most efficient and economical method for this requirement, as these sources have already been qualified.
