Contract Description
1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of "Sole Source” BOSS Annual Maintenance. 3. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), the BOSS Annual Maintenance is essential to ensuring compatibility with existing software and hardware and achieving performance and operational requirements. 4.
