DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The 411th Contracting Support Brigade, Korea, has awarded an interim, 10-month transitional requirements contract to Global Systemized Industry Co., Ltd. (GSI) for Between-Change-of-Occupancy Maintenance (BCOM) Services at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. The contractor will perform comprehensive custodial and minor maintenance services for approximately 1,111 Army Family Housing (AFH) units, including high-rise apartments, senior officer quarters, and general flag officer quarters.
