DLA Troop Support is conducting market research for National Stock Number (NSN) 8150-01-586-4979, BICON II. We are requesting pricing for quantities of 116 units and 284 units, respectively. The required delivery location is Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Please provide responses to the following questions: 1. Will you be quoting as a dealer when this requirement is solicited? 2.
