Contract Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Stewart Air National Guard Base, Newburgh, NY may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for Bldg. 200 Energy Repairs/Upgrades, subject to availability of funds. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $750,000. The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Removal and disposal of existing building components, installing motor-operated coiling overhead doors, window systems with insulated glass, insulated roof caps, and low-intensity gas-fired radiant heaters.
