Contract Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for the building Electrical, Gas and Diesel Boilers throughout the period of performance. The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus a 2-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government is planning a Site Visit and the date for this visit will be stated in the solicitation. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.
