SUBJECT: Request for Quote (RFQ) for Single Purpose Canines for the Field Office K9 Center in Front Royal - FOK9 Quantity - 6 Canines The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), has an anticipated requirement for obtaining canines in support of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Training and Development (OTD).
