Contract Description
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Carey's Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. for a one time re-commissioning of the range HVAC system. The company was the original company who designed and installed the HVAC system in the building. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement."
