Contract Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder Campus, anticipates a requirement for interior renovations in Building 51 consisting of approximately 1,500 square feet of flooring replacement and 1,500 square feet of interior wall painting. The project scope includes removal and replacement of existing carpet tile, VCT, cove base, and transition strips; installation of new ESD VCT in designated restrooms; installation of carpet tile in office and common areas; installation of new cove base and thresholds; and preparation and painting of interior corridor walls, door frames, and designated safety markings.
