This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only. No contract award will be made based upon any response to this notice. SCOPE OVERVIEW The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to operate, maintain, and repair the electric generating plant (B518) at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB), NE. The Contractor shall operate, maintain, install, refuel, and repair energized and de-energized facility and power distribution components for electric circuits, electric control systems, and associated equipment.
