Contract Description
This sole source contract was awarded pursuant to the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3304 as implemented by FAR 6.103-1 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-06), on the basis that the proposed contractor is the only source that can provide the required services. In support of the National Defense Mission, DISA utilizes a BAS as one of its tools to successfully operate and report on its facility infrastructure. All facilities covered under this requirement currently have some level of BAS installed. The sophistication of the systems ranges from simple Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems to web-based systems running on virtualized hardware consisting of over 30,000 data points.
