Contract Description
The purpose of this sole source requirment is to procure fuel from a mobile Petroleum contractor with heating oil tanker with pumping capabilities to deliver and pump / fill the underground storage tank with 10,000 gallons of heating oil delivered to facility in Maynard, MA. A sole source award will be made to Broco Oil in accordance with RFO 19.106-3 which states: “(a) A contracting officer may consider a contract award to a SDVOSB concern on a sole source basis (see 6.103-5(c)(1)), provided— (1) The contracting officer does not have a reasonable expectation that offers would be received from two or more SDVOSB concerns."
