Contract Description
ICE requires continued operations and maintenance (including Tier 2/3 support), security and compliance, release and deployment, performance/database management, documentation, and incremental development enhancement support services for Business Support System Program II (BSSP) applications on the current task order—ESP, TOPS, and HITS. The follow-on task order will also provide new development support and services to transition to a new HRSuite as the HR Engine, enable new data flows to the selected ICE HR-CORE - Capital Operations and Resource Enablement (CORE) system, and plan and execute the orderly decommissioning of ESP, TOPS, and HITS and associated interconnections to systems deemed no longer required.
