Project Scope Summary: The Architect-Engineering (A/E) team shall provide all, labor, materials, tools, and equipment, and services necessary to furnish Design Documents (DD) and Construction Documents (CD) for a construction project to Replace Underground Sprinkler and Domestic Water Main, project #503-26-104, at the Altoona VA Medical Center.
