Contract Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 intends to award a contract in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NCO 7 intends to negotiate and award to Apogee Consulting Group, P.A., a sole/single source, firm-fixed price contract for construction period services (CPS). Project: 619A4-23-104 Replace Generators for Building 5 and 90. The current design contract is 100% complete but no longer has construction period services as part of the scope.
